These terms apply to the ZehnSaz app, operated by VELOQ Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who can use ZehnSaz
ZehnSaz is for Matric students. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and the privacy policy on their behalf, and is responsible for the student's use of the app.
AI guidance, not official marking
Always check important answers with a teacher or your textbook. We are not responsible for exam results or decisions made based on the app's answers. ZehnSaz is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Board of Secondary Education Karachi.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password private. An account is for one student and may not be shared.
- Tell us at support@zehnsaz.pk if you think someone else is using your account.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts may get a free trial. When it ends, continued access may require a paid subscription.
- When paid subscriptions become available, they will be bought and managed through Google Play and will renew automatically until cancelled.
- You will be able to cancel anytime in Google Play, and access will continue until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds will be handled under Google Play's refund policies.
- Prices will be shown in the app before you subscribe.
Fair use
Don't misuse ZehnSaz. That includes sending abusive or inappropriate content, trying to break or overload the service, copying the app's content to resell it, or using automated tools to access it. Daily limits apply to keep the service fair for everyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Our content
The app, its design and its content belong to VELOQ Technologies. Questions and photos you upload remain yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, these terms, or the features offered. We will tell users about significant changes. We aim to keep ZehnSaz running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ZehnSaz is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
