Delete your ZehnSaz account
You can also delete your account inside the app, from Profile.
What gets deleted
- Your account details, including the student and parent phone numbers.
- Your questions, uploaded photos, answers and progress history.
Deletion is completed within 30 days. During that time you can cancel it by logging back in to the app. After that, it cannot be undone.
If you ever buy a paid subscription through Google Play, deleting your account will not cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
Request deletion
Enter the phone number and password you use to log in to ZehnSaz.
Forgot your password? A parent or guardian can email support@zehnsaz.pk with the student's name and the phone number used to sign up. We'll check the account details with you before deleting anything.
